I have lived here since 2016 and have gone through a few management changes in the rental office with the change in leader ship. No matter who was in charge of the property I have always been treated with a very caring and professional manner. The true test of the rental office in my opinion was when we encountered the apartment fire on September 17, 2018. After being laid off from my job for seven months trying to make monthly payments to my rent until someone would hire me I started my new job the day of the fire. I don’t have to tell you how devastating it was to start something new and to lose everything in the same day. But in my darkest hour when I had no idea what to expect and no financial means to get it done the rental office took such excellent care of my household provided us with resources to rebuild again, even now it still touches my heart. Through that entire process the rental office engulfed us with their empathy, sympathy and compassion. Now to fast forward to today, I am still getting the same level of superior service as I’ve gotten my very first day here. I couldn’t say more about the wonderful people in the office because even though sometimes I am late they never make me feel low or feel like nothing to them I am still a valued resident. Thank you for all that you do, if no one else says I humbly appreciate everything you have done for me.

Leasing agents are very professional, helpful, and understanding when it comes to any situation. Maintenance problems are taken care of in a timely fashion and the guys are also very professional and courteous. I would recommend anyone to live here. I am very pleased and happy to live here.

I want to thank everyone in the office for being very professional, helpful, expediting issues. I really want to thank the Manager, Ms. Juanita for aiming to please, working with people to not only make it the best community, but are willing to be positive, work through whatever issues tenants may have in a positive way. She's phenomenal, it's always BEST to communicate then not to communicate. Ms. Juanita is very knowledgeable professional.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome within this community, subject to the following conditions and restrictions. General Policy: Both dogs and cats are permitted. A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed. The combined pet weight may not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds. Breed restrictions and management approval apply. Pet Fee: $150 per pet, due at move-in. Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet, due with monthly rent. Quest Management Group, LLC restricts the following breeds (including any mix containing one or more of the breeds listed below) from residing within any Quest community: American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Boxer, Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Shepherd Dog, Siberian Husky, and Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid breeds. This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises. Assistance Animals: Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act and Maryland law, animals that are properly verified as service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.
