|Recommended: YesReview — This is my first week in my new apartment so my views may change. I'm still kind of frustrated because we were told we were getting a top unit but after signing the lease our unit is on the second floor. I can hear mumbled sounds of people talking and the person above me walking around. The most annoying thing is the pipes are loud when they shower so the water sound wakes me up. The are a few paint splashes that look dirty but I am submitting my checklist so maintenance can come fix this. There is ample parking. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we are close to the metro station.
